SUCCESS-2025: School on UV and X-ray spectroscopies of correlated electron systems

Date & Facts

1526 Sept 2025

+++ For information regarding the program, registration, travel, accommodation and all further inquiries and updates, please visit the official event website. +++

Summary

Strong electronic correlations lead to a rich variety of exotic states of matter. The most direct approach to understanding these systems is to study their microscopic electronic structure. The school will introduce the recent experimental developments in ultraviolet and X-ray spectroscopies and their theoretical description, from their basic unifying principles to their applications in the study of correlated electron systems.

The school is open to master and PhD students as well as postdocs and junior academics working in the field. The number of participants is limited to 50 register soon to reserve your spot!
