Talks

All cluster members (PIs, Associates, special external members) are encouraged to suggest one or more speakers from their groups. Talks (15+5 minutes) should report progress on cluster-relevant topics or discuss and/or propose new research directions and ideas. Preference will be given to topics which foster interactions between different research groups.

Requirements and guidelines for oral presentations.

Posters

Attendees submitting a poster will participate in a poster teaser session where they will be given a maximum of 60 seconds to introduce themselves and their contribution (similar to an elevator pitch).

Requirements and guidelines for posters and the poster teaser session.

Please submit your contributions via email to ct.qmat@uni-wuerzburg.de.

Registration

Since the talks can only be suggested by the cluster members, you could opt for presenting a poster.

If you are travelling individually, please let us know when you will arrive at / leave the venue, so we can plan accordingly.

If there are more registrations than rooms, early career researchers will have to share a two bed room. Please indicate a preferred roommate below for that case.
