Gender bias in academia poses significant barriers for female researchers, regardless of whether they have children or not. These biases can detrimentally impact women’s careers and, consequently, diminish the cluster's competitive edge and scientific reputation. Therefore, we are committed to offering activities such as workshops, trainings, and talks aimed at increasing awareness of unconscious gender bias and combating gender stereotypes in academia.
